Chef Lucas Carstens focuses on the Utilization of seasonal produce from Cavalli Garden and the surrounding small farms – all of the supplies follow ethical farming practices with the focus being on sustainability. Knowing the origin of or ingredients is key, using modern techniques and a layered presentation style where leaves and vegetables are the spotlight on the plate rather than the protein. Upon arrival with Cape Town Helicopters, you can enjoy a diversity of activities ranging from wine tasting, take a tour of the contemporary art gallery or browse and shop at the luxury boutique and take a ride around the estate in a horse-drawn carriage.

Bookings for the Cavalli Wine Safari, require bookings with a minimum lead time of 72 hours to obtain landing permissions from the Cavalli premises.

The Cavalli Cape Town Helicopters flight package includes a private helicopter flight to and from Cavalli Wine Estate and a half-day experience at Cavalli to enjoy wine tasting and or pairing, shopping, and lunch.
